R.A. Smith National Provides Sitework Engineering for Roundy’s Pick’n Save, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A.Smith National, Brookfield, Wis., provided sitework engineering, surveying and landscape architectural services to Continental Properties for the redevelopment of an 11-acre site for a new Pick ’n Save grocery store in the village of Menomonee Falls, operated by Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. The site was formerly a Sears Grand Store. The new Pick ’n Save store will replace an existing 46,000-square-foot Pick ’n Save located less than a quarter of a mile north in the North Pointe Shopping Centre along Appleton Avenue. The 103,228-square-foot Pick ’n Save will open Saturday, August 28.
