R.A. Smith National's Luke Siebert Receives Wisconsin Professional Engineer Registration
APPLETON, Wis. — Luke Siebert, civil engineer in the Construction Services Division of R.A. Smith National – a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm – Appleton, Wis., has obtained his Wisconsin professional engineer registration.
Siebert has seven years of experience in both site design and construction services. His design experience includes water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, roadways, parking lots, site grading, water quality, storm water management and erosion control best management practices. His construction experience includes construction inspection, contract administration, project documentation, material sampling, material testing and survey.
Siebert’s most recent project experience includes providing construction inspection for a 24-mile rehabilitation of Interstate Highway 43 in Sheboygan County, including eight bridge reconstructions, as well as providing erosion control inspections for Winnebago County for all commercial construction sites under the county’s jurisdiction.Siebert has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee. He is a resident of Neenah, Wisconsin.
