Project Overview
raSmith is providing surveying services to Nebraska-based Kiewit Corporation for the installation of 1,000 feet of railroad track that will connect The Hop streetcar to the Milwaukee lakefront and Couture luxury apartment tower. The track is being installed from North Cass Street through the Couture development. raSmith’s scope of work includes aligning the rail to design specifications both horizontally and vertically; preparing as-builts of the rail construction; and completing construction layout for the concrete work on Michigan Avenue, Clybourn Street, and the platforms going through the Couture.
