Paul has 29 years of site planning and design experience in the land development industry. He has conducted and managed due diligence, site planning, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction support for large-scale commercial, retail, health care and residential site developments. Paul specializes in stormwater management planning and design and has extensive experience with low impact development techniques including infiltration and bioretention.
