Sendik’s adds a high-quality food store option for shoppers in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. raSmith worked with the client and other stakeholders to provide entitlement support, civil engineering and landscape plans, and surveying services for this project, which is part of the Olympia Fields mixed-use development. This 60,000-square-foot, full-service store features a unique hydroponic garden used to grow the greens for the salad bar. Additionally, Sendik’s includes seafood and meat departments where customers can purchase lobsters, fresh salmon, sausages, and burgers made fresh in store. This location marks the 18th Sendik’s store in the Milwaukee metro area.
