Mainstreet Property Group is a national company with a unique structure to guide health care and other real estate development projects from initial funding through continued operations. Its model was a great fit for raSmith’s development management services on more than 20 developments nationwide (Kansas, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Indiana) for transitional care, assisted living and hospitality-oriented care/amenities facilities.
Our development management services included site investigation/project feasibility reports, entitlements and zoning negotiation/approvals, due diligence investigations, subconsultant management, project scheduling, permit tracking and coordination, utility coordination, project management, surveying services/survey coordination, civil engineering design, and landscape architectural services.
Typical facilities include 100 beds and 70,000 square feet. The transitional care (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and assisted living facilities boast hospitality-orientated care with amenities such as large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a putting green, a spa, a movie theater, an on-site chef and more.
