Project Overview
The Kilbourn Avenue streetscape, boulevard and Kilbourn Tower plaza improvements were designed to create a pedestrian-friendly public space in the wide boulevard, where the landscape architects of raSmith designed the space, paving, plantings and raised custom planters (installed by the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works).
This project received a Beautification Recognition Award from City of Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
