raSmith opened its Milwaukee office in historic Walker’s Point in the spring of 2019. Branded as the “Site Studio,” the office is focused on private and public sector site planning and design, green infrastructure, urban design, and local redevelopment projects. The design team has worked on a variety of projects in Milwaukee including Bradford Beach All-Inclusive Access, the Milwaukee Fortress apartment building, and Brothers Interiors (Coakley Brothers Co.) site plan.
