Project Overview
Prairie Highlands Corporate Park is a 440-acre development along the thriving I-94 corridor that will feature manufacturing, technology, and health care facilities, as well as space for offices and other commercial developments. As part of this major development, the Village of Pleasant Prairie selected raSmith to provide construction management services for the development of a new water tower. raSmith’s services included performing daily construction observation, documenting daily activities, visual inspection of the steel tank welds and paint application, and creating construction record drawings to meet the Village’s standards.
