Project Overview
CapRock Partners developed a 425,000-square-foot industrial business park on 23 acres in Norco, California. The industrial business park is located less than a mile from Interstate 15 between the 91 and 60 freeways.
Services provided by raSmith included, but were not limited to, investigation reports; site planning; due diligence; site design; civil engineering consisting of grading, site utilities (storm drain, domestic water, fire water, and sanitary sewer) and erosion control; water quality management plans; storm water pollution prevention plans; off-site public street improvements; municipal approvals/permitting; ALTA Survey; office mapping (including easements/quit claims); and construction staking.
