Project Overview
TownePlace Suites is an extended-stay, all-suite hotel located off the I-5/405 freeway in South Orange County, California. Services provided by raSmith’s site design team included, but were not limited to, site planning; due diligence; site design; civil engineering consisting of grading, site utilities (storm drain, domestic water, fire water, and sanitary sewer) and erosion control; water quality management plans; storm water pollution prevention plans; municipal approvals/permitting; ALTA Survey; and office mapping (including easements/quit claims).
The site design team at raSmith worked directly with Tharaldson Hospitality Management and project consultants to coordinate all aspects of this site development project.
