Congratulations to the following individuals for their amazing achievements!

Richard A. Smith, M.S., P.E., F.ASCE, (Rick), founder and previous owner of raSmith, has been named a Fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Board of Direction. A prestigious honor held by only 3% of ASCE members, an ASCE Fellow is someone who has made celebrated contributions and developed creative solutions that enhance lives. Rick has been a licensed professional engineer for the past 45 years and has been an ASCE member since 1981.

Alyssa Walker, raSmith structural engineer, received the 2022 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Wisconsin Section Young Civil Engineer of the Year Award. This prestigious award recognizes early professional accomplishments and unique contributions to the civil engineering profession or community.

raSmith’s municipal services project engineer, Riley Stone, P.E., and construction services engineer, Seth Keller, are part of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Wisconsin Leadership Institute Class of 2023. The Leadership Institute offers a series of transformative sessions focused on providing leadership and career development.
