raSmith has been honored as one of the nation’s Best Firms To Work For by Zweig Group for 12 years in a row. This awards program represents the largest employee experience survey in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction (AEC) industry.
Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline. raSmith ranked number 25 out of 38 winners in the category of companies with 100 to 199 employees (full time as measured at the time of the survey). The firm also ranked number 50 out of 81 winners in the multi-disciplinary engineering category.
