raSmith was recently recognized as a National 2024 Top Workplace, receiving three new culture awards for employee appreciation, employee well-being, and professional development. The winners of these national awards are featured on USA Today. Earlier this year, raSmith was recognized as a Top Workplace in Southeast Wisconsin by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the 12th consecutive year and ranked second out of 61 companies in the medium category (150-449 employees). Firms such as raSmith that are named a local Top Workplace are submitted for consideration in a series of National Top Workplace culture awards. The local and national recognition that raSmith received is based on employees’ responses to survey questions about the firm’s workplace culture, benefits, and other related qualities.
