The Firm Received Special Recognition for Clued-In Senior Management

raSmith was recently recognized as a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace for the 13th consecutive year, ranking second out of 68 firms in the midsize company category (150 to 499 employees), and received special honors for its “clued-in senior management.” This recognition is based on employees’ responses to survey questions about the firm’s workplace culture, benefits, and other related qualities.

“I am truly honored and excited that raSmith has been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as one of the best places to work in southeast Wisconsin for 13 years in a row — ranking second in the midsize category for two consecutive years,” said Richard A. Smith Jr. (Ricky), raSmith president. “We appreciate our employees’ dedication, teamwork, and passion for helping maintain our incredible culture and serving our clients. This honor is a true reflection of all our people, who make raSmith an exceptional place to work.”

Wendy Wolfgram, raSmith director of human resources, said, “At raSmith, we provide a workplace culture that provides employee development opportunities to excel in their careers. Our culture also offers fun events and employee-led interest activities for employees to enjoy and get to know their coworkers outside of work projects. Our generous compensation, a hybrid work structure, and benefit program (including parental and supplemental maternity leaves) provide support for our employees and their families. These benefits allow us to stand out within the industry to help attract and retain the best talent. We are currently looking for more talented people to join us in our growing teams in Wisconsin, Illinois, and California or as a remote home-based employee.”
