Pat Hawley, P.E., PTOE, RSP

Pat has 31 years of transportation project management experience. His areas of expertise include: traffic planning, access management, site circulation, traffic impact studies, roundabouts and parking studies. Pat regularly provides expert witness testimony on access, traffic operations and safety issues for public and private sector clients.  He has managed large multi-disciplined project teams on complex projects. Pat presents regularly at conferences, publishes transportation articles in national publications, and teaches classes at Marquette University and through the University of Wisconsin system.
