Over the past several years, Brookfield Square Mall has received numerous renovations and improvements to keep up with the demands and expectations of today’s shoppers. The mall’s owner-developer chose to work with raSmith on these improvements because we understand developers, tenants and their unique needs, applying a holistic approach to the entire real estate process. Brookfield Square Mall was no exception.

Incorporating the new design around existing infrastructure called for creative problem-solving from the team. Currently in Phase 6, the mall boasts a remodeled facade and many new restaurants on its east side. The successful mall addition has also required grading, utility and paving work. Planters and islands add a landscaped finish to the first row of parking near the mall.
