Project Overview
An industrial building on a 10-acre site was demolished to make room for a new 265,000-square-foot building for The Clorox Company in the City of Vernon, California, a few miles south of Los Angeles.
raSmith provided civil engineering which included the design of grading, paving, utilities and stormwater management including water quality. Local approvals and permitting were coordinated with governing agencies.
