Project Overview
This 130-unit townhouse complex is situated on 34 acres near Lake Michigan in an upscale, growing community. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, and dog spa for residents (and their furry friends) to enjoy.
The site design team at raSmith provided the following services to support this successful development: Master planning, grading, erosion control, public streets, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, stormwater management, construction staking, and as-built documentation. Additionally, this project required submittals to City and State review agencies for approval.
