Project Overview
The site planners, municipal engineers and landscape architects at raSmith collaborated with the Town of Cedarburg to develop a master plan and Phase 1 construction documents for a 33-acre outdoor sports complex on WIS 60 west of Town Hall. As part of an overall development, the Town acquired the property and planned to construct a community sports complex for youth baseball and softball leagues, flag football and soccer groups.
Collaboration was key in the successful development of this community sports complex. raSmith created and presented several site plan options to the Town Park & Recreation Committee, and they worked closely with the Town staff to develop a cost estimate, 3D renderings and the final construction documents for Phase 1 of this exciting and challenging project.
