Project Overview
La Costa Town Square is a community destination for people in San Diego North County to gather, shop, and dine. The shopping center has undergone a mixed-use redevelopment with new retail establishments and upgrades to common areas such as new parklets and outdoor dining terraces.
raSmith collaborated with the client to help bring its vision for this project to life. The firm’s comprehensive civil engineering services included: topographic survey, planning and entitlements, preliminary civil engineering plans/reports, final civil engineering construction document plans/reports, off-site street improvement plans, utility easements, and construction administration.
The project was constructed in two phases. The first phase focused on the development of Equinox Fitness Center, which anchors the center, and the second phase revolved around the retail portion with multiple tenants.
