Project Overview
Located in the heart of Orange County, Lake Forest Gateway Plaza features multiple retail establishments, restaurants, and a hotel to benefit the growing community. For the plaza’s expansion, raSmith collaborated with the client and stakeholders to provide site design services including ALTA survey, precise grading and drainage, sanitary sewer, horizontal control and striping, hydrology, a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), water quality management, and construction administration.
