Project Overview
raSmith provided site engineering and landscape architecture for the Mätterhaus Memory Care Community at The Gables of Germantown. Mätterhaus is a 24-unit, 26-bed memory care community customized to meet the specific needs of those living with dementia-related conditions.
The community is separated into two residential-style neighborhoods, which are distinguished by a unique color design and theme. This creates visual cues and allows residents to independently navigate throughout the community.
