Project Overview
The master-planned 1,500-acre Pabst Farms development in Oconomowoc is Wisconsin’s largest mixed-use project. From the site planning effort to the latest developments, raSmith has played the primary role as the civil engineering and surveying consultant, as well as significant landscape architecture and site planning services for a range of developments.
Among the industrial developments was the one-million-square-foot Roundy’s Distribution Center with all stormwater infiltrating on the site; ACE Precision for an 81,000 square-foot manufacturing facility; and Sentry Equipment Corp., a 51,000 square-foot light industrial facility.
