Pabst Professional Center Office Building

The former neighborhood home to the Pabst Blue Ribbon brewery was due for a change. This area of Milwaukee, now called The Brewery, received a facelift with the area’s first office space built in over a decade. This urban redevelopment created the five-story Pabst Professional Center and turned The Brewery into a LEED^® Platinum Neighborhood Development.

Rinka Chung Architecture partnered with raSmith’s land surveyors and landscape architects. Also, the firm’s engineers created a site design that took into account site-specific stormwater management, drainage, erosion control, grading, utilities and paving requirements. Maintaining a piece of its industrial past while also featuring modern design aesthetics make the Pabst Professional Center a standout addition to the historic neighborhood. It has also created a renewed interest in the city’s downtown.
