Project Overview
Peter’s Landing serves as a vibrant community destination with restaurants, retail shops, and other establishments along the waterfront in Southern California. raSmith was selected to provide civil engineering services for the development of a plaza area. The work included: ALTA survey, entitlements, precise grading and drainage, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water, horizontal control and striping, water quality management, hydrology, a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), parking lot pavement rehabilitation, and construction administration.
