Project Overview
raSmith provided UAS services to the Village of Salem Lakes for the Salem Business Park project. The Village, in conjunction with the Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA), needed current aerial imagery of this new business park development, to aid in marketing the remaining undeveloped lots to prospective businesses.
raSmith used a drone to conduct a series of low altitude photogrammetric mapping flights and created a current high resolution orthomosaic. This orthomosaic was used in the creation of a brochure that served to aid the Village and KABA in the promotion of the new business park to potential tenants.
raSmith also provided design services, project and construction coordination, plan preparation and specifications, landscape architecture and construction management for the 80-acre Salem Business Park.
