Project Overview
The Grain, located in Delafield, WI, is the city’s first mass timber development. It will feature 60,000 square feet of office space, 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 42,000 square feet of underground parking. The Grain showcases a commitment to sustainable design practices by integrating state-of-the-art technologies to minimize environmental impact. The use of mass timber not only reduces carbon emissions but also provides a warm and inviting aesthetic that harmonizes with the surrounding environment.
