Young Professionals Group
raSmith’s award-winning, people-oriented culture is well recognized within the industry. As one of the ways our firm stands out, we offer many opportunities to connect with coworkers and enhance your career such as our Young Professionals Group (YPG).
Comprised of staff age 35 or younger across the firm’s divisions, our YPG hosts a variety of networking, volunteer, and social events throughout the year. Some of the activities have included lunch-and-learn sessions presented by other divisions at raSmith such as our surveying team sharing the advantages of drone technology; Milwaukee Brewers baseball games that are always a hit; and science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) expos to instruct and inspire the next generation.
